How long does it usually take?

This is very dependent on the type of job. Some problems we can fix in a matter of minutes, but if the issue requires virus scans or a manual cleanup, then we can be connected for a few hours. Once we’re connected though, you can leave us to it. No need to supervise the whole job unless you would like to watch us work 🙂

Is remote support secure?

We use ScreenConnect by ConnectWise to power our remote support service. ScreenConnect is one of the most widely used remote support platforms in the world. It utilises AES-256 encryption along with a proprietary protocol to ensure complete data protection.

What’s your availabilty? Can you fix it today?

We try our best to fix issues as quickly as possible, please bear in mind though we do normally have a bit of a queue. If you catch us in a busy period, it maybe a day or two before we can get to you. Best thing to do is to let us know what the issue is, then we can advise on time scales.

Do you fix hardware issues or provide callouts?
